		<description>Oh no - conformity, we teach them to fit in follow the rules and the wonder where the creativity went.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As child I must have missed a part (as my many trips to the principle&#039;s office confirm) now that my kids are school aged I am amazed at how conformity rules their lives.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Good thing they come home at the end of the day and revert back to their normal state. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks</description>
